Woodpecker Class

Wow what a fantastic year the Woodpecker class have had! I am so unbelievably proud of all the progress they have made. They have grown considerably in confidence, independence and resilience and have produced work to be extremely proud of. It was a joy to celebrate their successes at Prize Day this week and see the children beaming with pride. As they prepare to move into Year 2, the children have been reflecting on what they have learnt and how much they have changed. To showcase their amazing skills the children wrote letters to their new teachers to introduce themselves and inform them of their interests in and out of school. 

I want to thank all the parents and guardians of the Woodpecker class for your unwavering support and encouragement this year, it is greatly appreciated. Finally, a huge thank you goes to all the children in the Woodpecker class for a fantastic year full of learning, laughs and fun - I wish you all the best of luck in Year 2, I know you will all be superstars!
