Woodpecker Class

 In the Woodpecker Class this week, the children have blown me away with their incredible writing! The children innovated our story ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ and made it their own by changing the setting and character. They all worked extremely hard to write the beginning, middle and end independently. In Science this week, we recorded our findings of our plant experiment and wrote explanations as to why we think one plant grew very well and the other did not. In out Jigsaw lesson, the children discussed the people who help them and sorted pictures of who helps them at school vs who helps them out of school. Well done Woodpeckers on another great week!
