U9 & U11 Netball teams travelled to Shrewsbury to compete in the end of season BISA tournament.

On Saturday 27th April, the DBS U9 & U11 Netball teams travelled to Shrewsbury to compete in the end of season BISA tournament. 

The U9 DBS Dragons won all four of their matches, demonstrating excellent teamwork and understanding in a game that many students had only been playing for a matter of weeks. 

All students rotated through a number of positions on the court, using a range of attacking and defending skills to emerge victorious, and bring home the first place trophy. 

Well done to all students involved and thank you to parents for their wonderful support from the sidelines.


The U11 Dragons were equally as impressive winning almost all of their games and narrowly losing to a very good Shrewsbury Team in the final match and finishing as Runners Up. 

They scored 46 in 6 games. So that's a fantastic start to the term in our first BISA tournament. Winners and Runners Up.
