U9 Touch mixed vs SHR
The DBS Under 9s took to the field against Shrewsbury last Tuesday for their first 5-a-side, touch rugby match of the season.
They performed fantastically and showed great maturity in how they behaved. We played with 16 students, rolling on and off throughout the game, and all participants showed how well they'd been working in only 2 weeks of rugby training so far.
They scored numerous points and were very disciplined in defence, which hugely limited how many points the opposition managed to score.
