Kiztopia time

All of the Reception children went on a trip to Kiztopia at Central Westville. This was an amazing opportunity for the children to not only let off steam and challenge their climbing skills and ability to negotiate space, but also to explore the different ‘jobs’ showcased there. The children loved pretending to milk the cow in the ‘farm’, whilst other children enjoyed using money at the till in the ‘supermarket’ and others’ enjoyed visiting the ‘dentist’, linking the experience with our visit from the dentist last week! Trips and experiences outside of school are always really exciting for the children and this particular trip helped the children have a better knowledge and understanding of the various jobs people do in our community. 

Thank you also to all the families who came to join us for our ‘Family Time’. It was a great success and the children were as always so pleased to be able to share their learning with you. I know you are as proud of them all as we are.
