Bumblebee Class

 Another learning-packed week in Bumblebee class!

This week we have innovated the story of Giraffes Can't Dance. The bumblebees used their knowledge of the story to create a new story showing lots of creativity and imagination. In maths, we have been manipulating, composing and decomposing shapes. We moved, turned, rotated and flipped shapes to create new scenes and pictures. For knowledge and understanding of the world, we have been learning about and making animal habitats. 

A highlight of our week was being invited to the pre-prep open day to perform our talk for writing story, ‘Giraffes Can’t Dance’. The bumblebees stole the show yet again with their confidence and joy!
