Tulip Class

By

For Diversity Week, the Tulips learned about Elmer the Elephant. Elmer is different from other elephants and the other elephants accept him for who he is. Elmer celebrates everyone's individuality and recognises that friendship and diversity can go hand-in-hand. In the Tulip Class, we read the book about Elmer and spoke about how everyone is different. We made lots of different elephants and explored different colours. We went on an adventure walk through the school - finding all of our siblings in the classroom. The Tulips had lots of fun seeing the big kids and the rest of the school. - The Tulip Class
