 Hedgehog Class

This week in science we have been learning about the importance of safety in the sun. We learnt how to keep ourselves protected from the harms of the sun. Hedgehogs presented their learning through creating a poster or leaflet for the Year 1s! 

In maths we have been explored temperature and how it can be measured. We learnt how to read thermometers accurately, paying close attention to the scale. We explored how 'colder' and 'hotter' can relate to the positioning of the scale. 

For art and design we have created the designs for our model stained glass windows. Together we recapped our learning and incorporated it into one final design. We look forward to seeing our final outcome.
