Dragonfly Class

 

This was a busy week for our Dragonflies as we learned all about our earth through time and sustainability during STEAM Week. The children were thrilled to kickstart the week with science experiments at our Pre Prep assembly and gained valuable knowledge about plastic consumption and recycling at the Trash Lucky presentation. In maths the children demonstrated their mastery of 3D shapes and had several "wow moments" during our maths talks. In Talk4Write, we carried on with our Farmer Duck story map, laughing as we repeated "how goes the work? Quack!" during our retell. We are thoroughly enjoying this story and are eagerly awaiting our field trip to the farm.
