Learning Through Play

This week, Dr. Bee visited DBS and captivated parents with an enlightening presentation on the significance of play in early childhood education.

In her engaging session, she provided a unique insight into the dynamic learning environment within the school's Early Years department. Dr. Bee emphasised the importance of fostering creativity and cognitive development through play, highlighting how children absorb vital life skills while engaged in activities that spark curiosity.

She passionately conveyed that the youngest learners at DBS are encouraged to explore their surroundings, collaborate with peers, and develop problem-solving skills through hands-on experiences.

Parents were encouraged to embrace the idea that education goes beyond traditional desks and textbooks.

A special thank you to all of the parents who attended the session and to Dr. Bee for her inspiring insights.
