Head of Pre-Prep's message
We hope this newsletter finds you well. It's been a wonderful and bustling first full week back in school. The corridors and classrooms have been filled with energy and excitement as our students dive back into their learning journey.
Our little learners have been busy building new relationships with their teachers and peers. It's heartwarming to witness the connections forming and the laughter echoing through the hallways. We understand that some children might find it a bit challenging to say goodbye in the mornings. We kindly ask for your patience and support as we work together to create a comfortable and familiar environment for every child.
To keep you engaged in your child's educational experience, please remember to stay connected with your child's class teacher through Seesaw. Please send any messages or questions and they will reply as soon as they can. Additionally in Early Years, we have Tapestry which is a wonderful platform for sharing updates, achievements and moments from the classroom. We encourage you to join in the sharing of photos and videos from home and to celebrate your child's progress.
A big thank you to all the parents who attended our recent Sleep and Movement Workshop. Establishing a consistent sleep routine is crucial for your child's development. A good night's sleep ensures they are well-rested and ready to participate in the exciting activities we have planned for them each day. Your commitment to this routine will greatly benefit your child's overall well-being.
We are thrilled to announce that we successfully hosted the Education City Workshop for parents of Year 1 and 2 students. This innovative platform will soon be introduced to our children, both in school and at home. It's a fantastic opportunity to enhance their learning experiences through interactive activities. We're excited to see the positive impact it will have on their education.
Next week promises even more engaging opportunities for you to be a part of your child's learning journey. We will be holding a Tapestry Parent Workshop and a Phonics and Reading Workshop. We believe that your involvement greatly contributes to your child's growth and development, and we look forward to seeing as many parents as possible at these workshops.
Thank you once again for your unwavering support and dedication to your child's education. Together, we are creating a nurturing environment where each child can thrive and flourish.
